30-Day Return Period

We want you to feel confident ordering from Everyday Supplements. If something isn’t right, here’s exactly how returns and refunds work.

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to contact us regarding returns or refunds.

Change of Mind

If you change your mind, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery provided that:

  • The product is unused and unopened
  • It remains in its original packaging
  • You provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective please contact us as soon as possible.

Email us at support@everydaysupplements.co.uk with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

We will assess the issue promptly and offer a replacement or full refund where appropriate.

Wrong Item Received

If you’ve received the wrong item, we’re very sorry. Please contact us as soon as possible with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item you received

Once confirmed, we will promptly send the correct product and arrange return instructions for the incorrect item at no cost to you. If you would prefer, we can also issue a full refund instead.

Item Not Received

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery timeframe:

  • Contact us and we’ll investigate with the courier

If confirmed lost, we’ll issue a replacement or full refund.

Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch)

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return process.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@everydaysupplements.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

Items returned without prior contact may not be accepted.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We’ll notify you of approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 working days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Please note: your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
