"Everyday Supplements was founded out of a personal experience of anxiety and stress in high-pressure situations like job interviews, presentations and important conversations. The first time I came across L-Theanine was before a job interview. I was very anxious and my partner suggested I try L-Theanine to help calm my nerves. For the first time I felt at ease during an interview.
After this, I started taking L-Theanine before presentations and stressful situations. It gave me a sense of calm, I could relax and be more confident speaking in front of people. I realised that if L-Theanine could make such a difference for me, there must be others who could benefit from it too.
But when I looked for a reliable supplements brand, I couldn't find one I could trust. Many brands were under-dosing their products, and there was no way to verify the quality. The benefits of supplements were often unclear and the bulky plastic packaging was a hassle to store and bad for the environment.
Everyday Supplements was created from the desire to address these issues.
